Next-Gen Sim InZOI Launching Late 2024
When is the InZOI release date? As one of the most anticipated life sims in development, InZOI has the gaming community buzzing. Developed by Krafton, best known for hits like PUBG Battlegrounds and Dark and Darker, InZOI could potentially be the next big competitor to The Sims. With its ambitious vision and photorealistic visuals, it’s already shaping up to stand apart from other Sims rivals like Life by You and Paralives.
According to Krafton, InZOI is scheduled to release in “late 2024.” While this is still a broad window, the game’s official development roadmap suggests things are on track to meet this timeline. Unlike other life sims that lean heavily into stylized graphics or endless customization, InZOI is drawing attention with its next-gen, hyper-realistic visuals, powered by Unreal Engine 5, marking a first in the life sim genre.
InZOI will be available on PC via Steam, with the Steam page live for wishlisting. While the release date is currently marked as “coming soon” on the platform, a demo featuring the character creator was launched earlier to celebrate the game’s Steam debut, and we expect it to make a return closer to the full release. As for a console version, Krafton has yet to confirm any details, but given the game’s high graphical demands, it’s likely that InZOI could find its way to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, though nothing is set in stone yet.
