Make your skill instantly go from level 0 to 10, not straight to 10, you need to trigger it with an activity that gets skill exp, no matter how little, after that you will instantly reach level 10.
Installation: (If you already know how to install mods InZoi, skip this)
Install InZOI Mod Enabler first
Then extract this mod in BlueClient\Content\Paks\~mods
Create a ~mods folder if it doesn’t exist.

Yes, I know that leveling up skills in this game is quite easy, just do the same things over and over again, but it is what it is. I don’t know for sure if this affects npc but you can check it yourself and enjoy it I guess.
