Unlocking Creativity: inZOI to Launch with Official Mod Support
Life simulation game inZOI will launch with official mod support, as announced by developer KRAFTON. Alongside this, a limited-time trial of the game’s character creator, inZOI: Character Studio, will be available for PC via Steam from August 21 to 26.
As part of this effort, KRAFTON plans to collaborate with early access modders to create content before the game’s full release. The mods will be hosted in a curated space specifically for inZOI, giving players a dedicated platform to share their creations.
“InZOI is committed to making mod creation easier and promoting artistic expression from players,” said inZOI producer and director Hyungjun Kim. “This partnership provides our community with the best tools and resources to bring their creative visions to life. It reflects our dedication to fostering a vibrant modding culture within inZOI.”
Here’s an overview of the game, provided by KRAFTON:
inZOI is a life simulation game focused on user-generated experiences, allowing players full control to customize their world and create unique stories. Designed as a tool for creativity, players can share and discuss their creations through the in-game feature called Canvas. Unlike other life simulation games, inZOI is distinguished by its photorealistic visuals, setting a new benchmark for the genre. Key features include the Karma system, where players’ past actions affect their future lives, City Edit for altering weather and city elements like billboards, and group activities that allow players to enjoy daily life together.
